Finally tried out the new Vagabonds this last week and was quite impressed. I originally didn't think much of the Adventurer or Ronin, but walked away really impressed. Never focused much on quests so that was a big change.

The hard part with the harrier is using that torch to 1) teleport, 2) explore, 3) quest since you can only do one per turn. Also no boots :/

Really like your tip on adventure repairing the damaged item with hammer.

I thought there was only base, riverfolk and underworld. What is the other box of root?

So what you are telling me is the game is all about checks and balances

You have the wrong meeple for the ronin it is supposed to be the black and blue one. And the harrier meeple is the grey and yellow one you the harrier meeple for the tinkerer as well. And finally my favorite faction is the underground dutchy
