I tried with multiple tracks and it doesnt sync them, like they were all talking at the same time and it made no sense

There seem to be two tracks in that example. If it is two people talking it would go out of sync?? Is it possible to remove the silence and keep them as 2 different tracks so that it notices and removes a shared silence from both and keeps them in sync?
