Although Quetzalcoatlus is one of my favorite pterosaurs. My real point of interest was its earlier, northern relative - Cryodrakon boreas.

And also since they can walk like giraffe, hunt for small prey that includes humans if they are in that time, being able to fly to find more food or to escape threats, I think its reasonable enough to make them as enemies in a dinosaur survival-horror media (And please don't exaggerate them being unstoppable killing machines, THEY ARE STILL ANIMALS! They have fragile skull that makes them unable to peck on prey, they don't hunt as they fly meaning they will not snatch prey from air, their wing membrane can still be damaged so its quite easy to depower this, just get a sharp object and tear that skin, and they swallow their prey whole that's why one human prey is enough to satisfy its hunger not much as worse than yours)
my apologies for ranting but this is because i am writing a novel where the azhdarchids are the antagonistic animals.

Throw on a platform saddle and a cannon, you got yourself a mobile flying pirate ship😂😂

I'm impressed you pronounced Quetzacoatlus correctly and with such fluidness.

And if you think that the wing membrane would get in the way of it running, remember that it would have been stretchy and elastic, and even then it could just run like a camel, which moves both legs on one side of the body back and forth at the same time.

Fun fact : due to the wingspan of Quetzalcoatlus and the height it’s the size of a F-16 fighter jet 😮

I wish they still existed, to remind man why he once feared the skies.

Gotta be specific. Quetzalcoatlus was the genus. Quetzalcoatlus northropi was one of the largest flying animals in the world. Quetzalcoatlus lawsoni was a bit taller than an average human. Also, Hatzegopteryx thambema was the largest flying animal to ever live, it was the heaviest flying animal in the world, meaning it was the largest in mass. Quetzalcoatlus northropi was the tallest, not the largest. It's kind of like how a Giraffe is taller than an Elephant, but the elephant is still bigger.

what makes the Quetzalcoatlus a lot scarier to Me is that its beak is so large compared to its body it can gulp you like a snake.
The Quetzalcoatlus is basically a giant pelican.

These guys attacking you and lifting you off the ground makes even more sense than seeing people getting ragdolled by pteranodons or dimorphodons in movies to be honest.
