It failed for the same reason ALL VR/3D products failed and will continue to fail. Nobody wants to wear this stuff on their face! It very quickly becomes uncomfortable. It is hard enough for people to adjust to prescription glasses, which are light and unobtrusive. Until they can miniaturize this to the same size and weight of normal glasses, it will not be widely accepted.

It was nuts seeing someone, in public with it on. The visor is completely opaque. In a way it was like they weren’t human especially considering looking into someone’s eyes conveys so much: love, hate, happiness, sadness, etc. there’s a connection there.

As it’s been said, “The eyes are the window to the soul.” It’s like they close that window and sever that human connection. And what they see, is filtered through an algorithm. Screw that!

Technology is amazing and has done so much, but between this, social media…the Tesla bot, we are literally being turned into walking, talking automatons. It’s insane. What a sad world we live in.

5:04 RayCons have terrible quality of sound for the price, even at the $90 they’re on with the Black Friday discount. Normally $120. Every ad is the same too- never saying the price or showing the audio stats compared to similarly priced earphones/headphones. The brand I have is worth it to me, but I’m not gonna be a free advertisement for a trillion dollar company.
