What would have made the very first question difficult (the banking question) is if along with the choice Digital Organization, another choice would have been Digital Transformation. "A banking organization has moved the majority of its services online and is closing down its branch offices." The correct answer is Digital Organization, but what if another choice was Digital Transformation? Recall the part of your video where you give examples of digital transformation - Moving from a physical to online store to expand presence. It seems both digital transformation and and digital organization are correct answers, which is why they are not both given as choices. I can only hope that is the case on the actual exam.
