Read the bluescreen and see what the issue is. Probably driver or software. Update all drivers from Dells website and the bios. If you have messed with the overclocking, redo it.

Ssd difect, The ssd has no cooling that's why it gets hot and then fails, if it were the motherboard you wouldn't have an image.

I have the same laptop! I had same issue and I bought a new Nvme SSD and installed windows and it worked

I have a black lines on my screen just randomly happened. 4k $ and problems with everything even with command center software 😂. Never again buying from them
