Cry of Fear on a 1999 CRT Monitor!

Decided to fire up Cry of Fear on my old-school 1999 DELL M770 monitor, and the vibe is absolutely insane. The scanlines, the motion blur, the dim glow—it all adds to the already eerie atmosphere of this classic psychological horror game. Feels like I’m back in the early 2000s, playing in a dark room at 2AM!

Nice set up and choise of the game man! DOOM 3 on the CRT monitor also would be perfect with its constant darkness. On most modern LCD screens the game mostly look grey instead of pure black as it was intended for CRT back in the day.

that's insane man. I've thought about getting a CRT Monitor on a lot of occasions, but that's gotta be worth an arm and a leg. I might save up some money and get one for myself to play retro type games.
