Garmin Vivoactive 4 Touch Screen Not Working-Easy Solutions

In this video, I talk to you about a Garmin Vivoactive 4 with a touch screen that is not working. If your smartwatch's touch screen is not functioning properly, it can be a big problem because the touch screen is used for a lot of things with regards to using your smartwatch on a daily basis. With that being said, I go over some easy solutions that will hopefully allow your touch screen to begin working again. There is a pretty good chance that one of these will work, and if not, you can try some more complex solutions that less commonly work.

Quick question, normally neither My vivoactive 4 screen would turn off completely when and only if I turned My wrist iy turn on again, but just 2 days ahí, that changed. Now the screen stays on but dim and when I turn My wrist iy turns on completely, do You whats happens?

Hard reset unfortunately didn't work for me :( getting a replacement from Garmin.

Screenworks after hard reset but only for couple minutes. This is second garmin that failed on me before 2 years are up. Absolute garbage

Funciono por unos dias y luego la pantalla quedo totalmente inutilizada. He hecho todo lo posible y nada funciona. Incluso instale la opcion beta Nada hace que el touch funcione. creo esta asociado al fimware o algo similar

The screen is locked and won’t unlock. I have to turn this watch off every time I drive or it thinks I’m running. This watch sucks.

This was awful and not helpful in the very least. Holding the power button down sent out a distress call for help, it did not power the watch off.
