Another fun lore related fact: in the Haligtree, there are statues of 3 people embracing, with 2 of the people being younger and the 1 older person having long hair. It's believed that the 2 younger people are Malenia and Miquella, and that the older person is Godwyn, their half-brother. Perhaps Godwyn felt bad for his 2 cursed siblings and was close with them. The Golden Epitaph description says that there's an inscription from a young boy (Miquella) wishing his brother would die "a true death".

The spirit at Castle Sol, where you get the other half of the medallion to go to the Haligtree, says that the ritual was incomplete and his comrade won't get his soul. Most likely Malenia and Miquella were trying to perform an eclipse ritual to bring Godwyn back his soul, but the stars (the sun) wouldn't move because Radahn was holding them, which is why Malenia went to fight him, which is when Miquella was kidnapped by Mohg.

The interesting implication of the star fall crater and what it leads to regarding Ranni's quest is that it was supposed to be her fate all along to abandon the golden order and the two fingers. Her brother just stopped her fate from turning for whatever reason. Maybe out of love?

I'm still convinced that Rahdahn "facing the stars alone" is old testament for, *he fought the eldritch moon being in the sky (much like the elden beast) and came back victorious* and I PRAY his story is a DLC we can be apart of.

I believe Radahn also held back the stars to prevent the prophecy coming true. And in which, in some way, the Alabaster Lord also knew of such prophecy and perhaps told Radahn of the meteor that would bring about it. In which Radahn decided to hold back the stars w his magic to prevent it from happening. Bc in all honesty, there was no need in stopping the stars just so he could continue keeping his steed by his side

Theory: The Onyx(Alabaster) lord that's sealed in the evergaol behind the three sisters rises (where you find ranni and companions) is the one who taught Radahn the gravity magic

U know radahn reminds me of gwn a lil bit from ds. He learned gravitational magic so he can still ride his scrawny horse and stopped the fate of his family by holding the stars back. Both radahn and gwyn is fighting againts change and I found that kind of interesting
