I have made the braided fig Brie four times and we love it. Beth provides such simple explanations that I felt confident I could make the same beautiful creation. Well, it came out beautifully, especially when I realized in Florida with the hotter temperatures if I put the puffed Brie in the fridge for 10 minutes before baking it the whole thing puffed up much higher.
