Street Food in New York - Italian Panini

While monitoring the filmworthiness of a Pizza place in Manhattan, I stumbled across an Italian street food joint that I filmed a few years ago in Florence: All'antico Vinaio, which had opened the same week in New York's 8th Avenue.

i can hear a southern italian accent in this guy...but i love hearing the perfect pronunciation of italian food names...i want to tell you a little secret...the tuscan ham is not the one in the video...i'm a chef and I was born and raised in Tuscany and I can guarantee that real Tuscan ham is something else (these guys make their food with true love and true passion that we only have in italy)

the original one in Florence has a wine bar in the back of the shop that runs on the honor system. Also one of the best sandwiches i've ever had.
