Japanese-Style cooking is for sure a relaxing thing to see in person. RIP Anthony Bourdain. your one of the reason why I wanted to go Japan. The first reason was, Godzilla!

That ain’t lime lol. That’s sudachi. More closer to yuzu but definitely not lime. You don’t call a lemon a lime.
