No we can't. Anymore than we can change into another race, another person or an animal. Feeding someones delusions rather than helping them out of it is also cruel. If the truth hurts then so be it but we can't have a healthy society if we're lying to each other and pretending we're something we're not.

Is sad what happened in this times. but at the same time the scripture speaks of when these ideologies appear with the force and intensity that we know today is that we are getting closer to the principles of pain that Apostle Paul mentions. On the other hand, we Christians are being strongly tested when confronted with the laws that every day more support this sodomy style of life. It is now I believe that true believers must stand firm for their faith and defend themselves against these attacks and not hide and say nothing.

I don't think you can change your sex.

If someone did a major crime and there were witnesses. Let's say the witnesses had to describe the suspect to police, then how would the witnesses even know the suspect had an operation to try to change their sex? Would the witnesses say male or female? Would they say female looking, male looking?

We know race is a social construct to help us in a diverse world.

I also believe you cannot willfully change who you are attracted to.

I am just a layman, and there are many things I don't get about transgenderism and related topics, but isn't this in the end a public health issue? If it is the case that more people who feel they should have a different body live longer, happier lives with surgery and hormones, why object to that? Conversely, if it is the case that these interventions do not result in people having happier, longer lives, then why support it?

Gender is a social construct. Sex is biological. Sex you cannot chamge. But gender you can. Really not that hard to understand.

Is the religious god insufficient? or ambiguous? Irreconcilable differences arise from the same text. I have never won a debate in my life. Does it mean that i don't have good arguments or that humanity have unchangeable minds? Why atheists with unchangeable minds don't know God is whatever created the creation by definition? Why is it impossible to have a rational conversation? Atheism is a logical fallacy that assumes God is the religious idea of the creator of the creation to conclude wrongly no creator exists because a particular idea of God doesn’t exist.
