Mam either this section is still legal and sustainable? cz i have the same case like. my mother died in the life of her parents now my uncles and khala said that as ur mother had died in the life of nana nani so u have no sharw in property.. now if we have then how could i proceed in this matter please..

Virasat main Se ham yateem poton ko hissa to Nahin dete Hain. magar ham yatimo ke Baap Ki Mehnat Ki banae gay Jaidaad main Se bhi hissa nahin dete Hain. wo bhi Apne kubze main kar lete Hy. Yahan tak ke ham yatimo ko ghar se abhi be ghar Kiya gaya hai. usse ke bad hamare cousins kahate Hain ke badon ne nahi diya to hum bhi nahi denge. Dada ki Zameen hamare chacha ne Dada ke zindagi mein hamare chacha ne bech kar unhen paison se dusri property kharidi aur vah property sari Apne Naam Kar wali aur khud bhi fhot ho gaya ab sari property hamare cousins ke hawale Hain hamara Koi share Nahin rakha hai unhone
