Lecture II of Naming and Necessity where Kripke explains what he thinks is wrong with any view that says names are associated with a sense (Frege) or a cluster of descriptions (Russell, Searle). Names are "rigid designators" which means that "Bruce Wayne is Batman" is a necessary truth.
