im gonna be honest... while using my ps5 i never had the thought that "this needs to be faster" i cant even pull my phone out before a loading screen ends

I will buy it if it means I can actually play games at locked 60 fps. Ps5’s biggest problem is so many games still struggle to hit 60, especially at 4k. This is 2024, poor frame rate is UNACCEPTABLE

I mean to be fair it could be an effort to increase sales of higher price units while still reducing the old units. It’s kind of like getting a brand new console to the market and charging the existing retail or slightly more while still selling older hardware at a discount without having to go through the entire process of redesigning a console From the ground up.
