2015 WRX - Installing Competition Clutch & Exedy Lightweight Flywheel

After finding out the clutch in the 2015 Subaru WRX was slipping on the dyno, I immediately reached out to SDMotorworks and ordered a new clutch and flywheel. When doing this job it is recommended to replace the rear main seal to avoid removing the engine again when the time comes to replace the seal.
Also, Stage 4 pressure plate: Fro Stage 2 and up the fork has to be replaced for an stronger one. The oem fork could bend or break where the slave cylinder pushes.

you used an old style T/O bearing with an open bearing style. The oem version 2 has a sealed bearing and might be more longer lasting.

Dustin... The Evil Twin has the ACT lightweight flywheel and HAD the COMP 6puck clutch... It was quite a pain to daily... and damn heavy. Very On and OFF... should have skipped the flywheel.. too That clutch can take a beating tho... I did almost 27 Passes at the drag strip on the 550whp tune before it started giving out... HOT PASSES... there was no line. I ran, got back in the box and ran again... after that it started giving out but still got me home 30 miles away. TIP : 2k RPM is what the clutch likes for daily.
