Shopify: How to Set Sale Prices for Products with Variants

In this Shopify Tutorial, Nick demonstrates how to set sale prices for products that have multiple variants in a Shopify store. In order for the strikethrough sale price to display on the product and collections pages, you need to ensure that the value in the "Price" field is less than the value in the "Compare at price" field. To remove the sale, you need to set the original price in the "Price" field and set the "Compare at price" as 0 (zero).

Hi! I did this process but when I click save I get this message: "There is 1 error with this variant: Incorrect HS code. Check the numbers and try again." Αny ideas on why is this happening? I use Printful (dropshipping) if this is useful at all.. thanks!

Every time I do this the next day my product gets reset from the price I would like. Do I need to match the SKU to every variant for the price to stay?

This is so bad approach by Shopify.... Why we cant just give original price and a sell price abnd a toggle "switch" to toggle between if product i on sale or not. And the prices should switch automaticly. With approach in the video EACH time we have a sell and the sale ends we need to chnage the prices all the time... It includes, adding and removing the compare price + editing the original price...
