ED Conducts Searches At More Than 30 Location Related To Delhi Excise Policy Case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is conducting searches at more than 30 locations at Delhi, Gurugram, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai in connection to the Delhi Excise Policy Case. Notably, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and AAP leader Manish Sisodia has been named as an accused by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in its FIR in the excise policy case. The registered an FIR under sections 120-B (Criminal Conspiracy) and 477-A (Falsification of accounts) of the IPC.The Central Bureau of Investigation had also raided at the Punjab National Bank's Ghaziabad branch to examine Sisodia's bank locker.
