another solution that keeps the text editable is this:
- select all the text objects
- go to object, envelope distort, make with warp
- choose anything and try saving again
It should save.. when you reopen the file, just release the envelope warp and you should have all your text back

try to save it as SVG with illustrator editing compatabilities turned on ... it worked for me...

Jab Mai export karta ho TU save nahi HOTA jpeg. awar show karta hai ke insufficient memory available to complete this task. Awar save hi nahi HOTA. Iss problem ko kasy solve karo ?

Thank you for posting this but it doesn't solve the problem. If you have substantial text in your design, outlining all the fonts increases the file size and you can't edit text any more.
Adobe has to to solve this problem fast.
