I can't deny that I cannot be bored listening to this guy, who is very insightful about what he is talking about

insightful views of the past and what needs to be done in the future. At the end he mentions that 9 of 9 Nobel prize winners came from American universities...but they were all immigrants. I think Canada is on the right track on the diversity and immigration front provided that we take good care of our spectacular environment and we make sure that our elderly citizens -who built our great nation - remain respected and listened to.

Dr Zakaria in growing up in Indiaand talking about Western cultural influence refers to the fact that on TV (reaching, then, a minuscule number of households) the only Western program shown, that too once a week for an hour, was I Love Lucy. Dr Zakaria forgets to mention that in the city he grew up in, Bombay (where so did I), there were innumerable theatres showing the latest Hollywood movies.
