Ok so I've never really been atletic so I don't really care much for sports but yesterday I was fed up with not being good at sports so I'm gonna train more to be a better sports person and train like Mikasa from AOT cause she is so inspiring to me<3 This week we are playing volleyball and I like volley ball but im not tall LIKE AT ALL lol so yk how that goes but yesterday I did some minimual excersise and listen to this sub for a good 1 and a half since Im studying for midterms and just got back into exercise after a couple of days.

UPDATE 1: I hit the ball a couple times today. So thats good💀🤝
UPDATE 2: On wednesday we played basketball. I made so many points I was so proudddd

UPDATE 4: Today I woke up and why did I wake up with a toned STOMACH CHILEE OMGG. I was in shock cause my waist usually isnt this toned or sinched but GAHDAMNNNN!!!
Update 5: yesterdayy my cousin game over and hes like 10 years older than me but i was just as fast as him (he works out so i was expecting to be slower) but i was in shock bruh what

Y'ALLLL okay so i listened to this literally once today (and a few times a couple of days ago), and then i was working out, and usually when i exercise on my spinning bike i manage to do like 2 km which takes me 5 mins, but today i kept going for 14 km (!!), and i kept going without stopping for a whole 30 mins!? and i even managed to sing along to the songs i listened to out loud bc i just felt like i wasn't that exhausted? (my fitness level is usually like, , so low lmao) mind you i also just recovered from covid, and although it wasn't that bad for me i've been completely still for 3 weeks so... bruhh i'm shook tbh (i haven't watched aot so idk what other meaning this sub has, i'm only here bc i wanna be strong af lol)

i’m an athlete and i’m kinda on the bigger size ( i’m not skinny😭😭😭)so i feel insecure when i’m working out with others

DAY 1: i can run extremely faster, i was racing and i clearly won . according to my friends, it looked effortless . i’m able to do more pushups and when i worked out, i wasn’t out of breath . it was “easy”

DAY 2: Did my workout and i wasn’t even tired but I can feel my muscles growing kinda

DAY 3: I’m betting at shooting in basketball and dribbling

sorry for not updating but i’ve got better at sports and i’ve gained muscle(that’s what i wanted ) the amount of press ups i can do has significantly increased and i’m honestly so fast now . i think i want to start doing track

The strongest guy I ever met irl was my Krav Maga teacher. He was short, skinny, vegan, his muscles were small. But his tiny muscles were strong af and he could kick your as* to the moon, he was a black belt. I stopped going to his classes but that guy is still a confidence boost for me. Bigger muscles don't equal strenght. In fact they make you heavy.
