Coaching cues:
- can use KB or DB
- slight bend knee on stance leg
- keep glute squeezed on swing leg
- abs braced
- chest up
- push and reach butt back, get long from head to knee/heel
- keep knee in line with toes, don’t let knee buckle inward
- drive through heel, finish with good squeeze on glutes and abs
- don't let weight twist you out of position
