Songs like this one mean so much to me because whether its the intenion or not I cant help but relate it to how I feel about her now and what it feels like to carry her spirit on within me. It's like Loathe and Holding Absence take turns releasing bangers each year. 'This Is as One' EP was in 2018, 'Holding Absence' in 2019, 'I Let It In and It Took Everything' in 2020, and now it's the 'Greatest Mistake of My Life' in 2021, they've been good to us-- and we desperately needed it.
