I think my heart stopped beating when he first got onto the worm, and didn't restart until Chani saw he was safe. Dear God, what *amazing* cinematography. Denis is a God. This is everything I envisioned as a teenager in the seventies reading this series. I was so happy I cried. Can't wait to see it in IMAX, which I'm driving 6 hours to accomplish.

Really liking how Denis had the wherewithal to actually work with David J. Peterson to make a “Neo-Chakobsa” language for these films. One of the best things about Frank Herbert’s work is his ability to weave an extremely expansive lore throughout the original books. By having the Fremen actually speak Chakobsa in the movie, it makes you feel like you are only getting to see a tiny piece of this universe. Which, has me frothing at the mouth to see more! Cannot wait to see this in 70mm IMAX in a few weeks.
