Was obsessed with this show as a kid. For all the money and claims that today's superhero movies and shows are 'better' or more 'accurate', this Flash had the most comic-accurate costume, no goofy, clunky armor, and a more charismatic actor.

Nice job with the review of a really solid pilot episode for a great show. I agree that sometimes the score is a little too over the top, and there were some other issues but I felt for a TV pilot it was for the most part consistently good. And definitely propped up by high production values for the time, and really good performances especially from John Wesley Shipp as Barry Allen/The Flash. This pilot is a million times better than 200 million dollar dumpster fire that was 2023's Flash.

I remember watch this in new Zealand back in the day when I was young Friday nights Rember everyone going on about this show like it too bad it didn't last long only couple of seasons they should had this flash in the new film

I was all about this TV series when I first watched this Pilot back in the day CBS really shit the bed with not giving this a 2nd season or at the very a few TV movies to at the very least give it a a way better ending to the show to me the hell with that depressing ending they give John Wesley Shipp's Flash on that CW show also the hell with that horrible excuse for a Flash film played by a shit who deserves to be in prison A.S.A.F.P IMHO. Fantastic job on the review bro for my favorite TV shows from my childhood as well👍👍
