Correction: Obviously Rebecca did not voice this, sorry for that title card error. Thanks to those who pointed out this (honestly hilarious) error.

Those Kodak (and Fujifilm) disposable cameras were EVERYTHING!😭

I remember that clicking sound when you wound the camera before you took a picture-- and that feeling of sadness when the clicker kept on rolling and rolling because you were all out of film.

I remember in the mid-90s when I went to summer camp for 2 weeks and I used up two cameras taking pictures.

I remember begging my mother for money to take my cameras to Walgreens to get the film developed.

I remember that feeling of joy opening the photo envelope after you got your pictures developed...only to realize that you have more than a few pictures with a pinkish blur taking up 50-75% of the pictures and blocking the subjects of said pictures.... a blur which happens to be your finger because your finger was blocking the built in flash when you took the pictures. 🤦‍♀️😂

RIP to most of the product brands that we dearly loved and yet faded out of existence.

Uh, Kodak is still functioning guys. Yes, they no longer make cameras (technically, they still sell disposable/One-time-use cameras), however they're producing film for both general photography and cinematography. Because of their bankruptcy filings in 2011 (I think), they were split into two different companies: Kodak Alaris - which was the consumer and professional film market along with their photo chemical lineup and Eastman Kodak - which handled the cinema films for both big and small budget films.

True, they no longer operate as they once did so, indeed the Kodak of the past is no more. However its still here, still breathing, and very much alive.

Kodak was a great brand. Disposable cameras were fun.

What I still remember is seeing that brand non-stop at Disneyland, especially when it was used as the sponsor to some of their attractions like Honey, I Shrunk the Audience.

7:55 by the time Microsoft broke the law and gamed the system with a terrible internet explorer, Netscape was doomed to fail.
And the real legacy of Netscape is Firefox.

Damn i got so much nostalgia from this video.

I remember i used to got 2 Compaq at home. One for me and my brother. My father owned one too for his legal work.

Kodak too !. My mother loved and she walked around with one to take photos. I remember how she used to take us to "reveal" those photos. Those old days men. The 90's were the best !

My family still have some Kodak cameras. One of them is mine, and still have photos of the Oregon Zoo when I was in 5th grade.

PanAm didn’t fail, it was unlikely. It caught between oil crises, FAA deregulation ( allow other airlines to fly intercontinental), and terror attack against Americans by targeting PanAm flights specifically…
Truly unlucky

@1:00 You can still buy Tab. I've seen it in some Wal-Marts but our grocery chain, Kroger in Dallas Texas carries Tab.

I remember the first time I visited the U.S, I was surprised at Kodak "disposable cameras" and panoramic photo prints. I love video topics like this especially for those not familiar with other American brands

Compaq getting bought out by HP was like Harvard being bought out by the University of Phoenix - the best in the business being bought out by hack competition that still doesn't measure up.
The real pity of Pan-Am going belly-up was that they had plans to advance into space travel before Richard Branson had sold his first record album (Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield, for the trivia obsessed.) In a certain sense, I suppose they are an object lesson of inflexibility of a business model.

I loved Bugle Boy.
Sad fact, despite their age, a lot of companies still have Compaq Servers because they are too cheap to upgrade.
