I tryed everything and then I found this video and followed your instructions and it worked perfectly, After I logged into the new account I was able to do a System Restore and now have every thing back to nornal thanks to you, The problem started when i changed from an Admin account to a Local account and then the UAC fucked me up totally and i couldn't change anything back, Great video saved my life, Thankyou

Hey I have a problem where it says error 1376 The specified local group does not exist. No idea how to fix that. My laptop is in german if that makes any difference.
