If u have him help u pick up all the toys all over the room or tires them out more lol little hack I used to do before bed I’d spread the toys out further than they were so shed have to crawl all over to get them

You should get a simple style carrier or carry him him your back african style (using a towel) while you make dinner, etc. he would love it. Holding him with your arm is too tiring after so long. I started carrying my baby at 1 years old so it is not too late for sure.
