I am a member of the repair cafe network, and I know they are campaigning worldwide for the right to repair which would outlaw the practice of sticker placement to hide the screws, or the use of security screws, I was volunteering at our local cafe saturday and we had 3 items that could not be repaired due to security screws, one had screws that were designed never to be undone, slotted screws where the slots had ramps on the reverse side to actively prevent them being undone. you know it is deliberate policy when 2 out of 6 screws are security screws.

Toaster ovens cords should be 14 or even 12 gauge. My toaster oven is 1800 watts, or 15 amps! Most standard appliance cords are only 16 or 18 gauge which can only handle about 7-10 amps.

Egs002 inverter board + zx7-400 amorphous transformer is HIGHEST EFFICIENCY and lowest cost. I think it would work well and make 240v easy, add a center tap for 120x2
And also a amorphous toroid with a couple turns. But if it were an all on 1 board deal, it would beat every commercial inverter at every category.
