Never even thought of artboards being useful in Photoshop, but now I can't wait to use them.

this is amazing! PSD CC is using a lot of Bohemian Coding's Sketch features, but the problem of this document being 1.48 gig size file still a problem. look at the bottom of the video screen it's a HUGE file.

Adobe finally catching up to Sketch. I doubt the speed will match that of Sketch, though.

Does this mean if I want to use Photoshop to do my presentation, I don't have to create a new document for each slide?

Unfortunately Sketch already does this, and does it well. Also, Sketch will let you organize one more step above with pages so you don't have to keep everything in one set of artboards. Then there's text styles so you're not having to do some weird clipping mask with text to change out the color of text across multiple artboards.

These features are going to help prototyping and iterations immensely. I especially love the trick how smart objects are used to implement cascading color changes across artboards. We'll be sure to test drive these features at Altorise

Only thing about sketch is that how would you edit pictures there? I have to go to Photoshop to use the content aware, clone stamp, and the magic wand

This is great. I've found almost no information on this feature. Probably not in this version, but how about ssome way to print out a comp of all the artboards?

does anyone know why my file opens with an artboard already? i just want it to open with a regular transparency layer but every time i open a new file it opens with an artboard

Is there a way to lock the artboards so you don't accidentally change the size?

i think it's great, finally can start to match the effectiveness of sketch, unfortunately the speed wont match (which I don't expect to to). I'll continue to use PS for, well photos and sketch for my UI/UX, but it's great for those that still use PS for their UI/UX, thanks adobe!

What happens when you open a PSD file, with artboards, created in CC 2015, in a earlier version, like Photoshop CS6 or CC 2014? And also with the color embedment?

Problem with PS is that it's so painfully slow for graphic design even on a fast machine. Take a bunch of text and image layers and hit the nudge keys 15 times and wait... Do a change in the paragraph styles and wait...
