this little boy in the start became the king after his father died but he was still very young at at point. the queen was his mother and when he became the king he was under her influence since he didn't know anything about how to rule such a big kingdom, so the queen was the actual person controlling the state. but when he became an adult he took all his power back and the queen didn't like it at all. so she poisoned her own son, in this video the king's personal doctor told him that he was being poisoned. he's shocked cause he never expected his mom to kill him for the throne. there's layers to this too but yea this series told me anything can be done for power and politics
