I agree with what you have taught. I would like to re-enforce your teaching that baptism is a symbol of obedience to Jesus. Not everyone who goes to heaven has been baptized though. The thief on the cross next to Jesus and maybe a few others who were saved on their deathbeds, or unable or some other exceptional situation. But as you very well explained by proper scripture quotes, we are to obey the word of God and be baptized in the same manner as Jesus and the other Biblical examples. Love you brother and God bless your ministry that has blessed many others.

Water has two meanings in the Bible, @The Incredable Journey, Revelation 17:15 uses it for people and the other means "the spirit of the words" correctly called "word's meanings." So when Jesus was baptized he was outwardly showing he was emerged in the understanding of of God's purpose for man's redemption. According to Revelation 5:5, the Bible's message will only be cproperly revealed by the Branch Christ so the practice of baptizing with water is to represent one who is immersed the words of the Bible and is awaiting the revelation of them beyond their carnal meanings.

Baptism is not mentioned in most salvation scripture. It's important. But not necessary. It's a wedding ring. If I remove my wedding ring I'm still married. The ring is a sign telling people. Again, very special and submissive. Not required.

Baptism is not part of salvation. It is a picture of our salvation.
It is not essential to be saved for many in the Bible were never baptized yet they were saved or their sins were forgiven them.
God is not a respect of persons.
This is done by one of the few groups that reject salvation in Jesus Christ thru the gospel and say we must help Him by being baptized which is madness. They cut the Bible into different sections to help their false doctrine. My friend just read John 3:16 salvation is there and no baptism along with hundreds of other verses.
" Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shall be saved"
