In today's video, my wife and I set out a SoCal road trip to see what the all-new Prius is like and how it compares to other hybrids I've tested recently! Toyota really went all out when it came to creating a better driving, more refined and efficient package this go around. Pretty much everything has been redesigned or rethought from the ground up. Our tester is a loaded Prius IV Touring. On top of it being more comfortable, it has better build quality and a far smoother ride, not to mention a marked improvement in cornering stability. If you're looking for a fuel efficient commuter, the Prius should definitely be on you list of things to consider.

During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

When I first saw this car on the road I thought to myself wtf was Toyota thinking!? I mean this Prius is seriously ugly! After seeing more and more of these on the road, I looked more closely and was like hey it's not so bad looking.. I went to my Toyota dealer the other day because I'm looking to trade my Corolla for a Camry. I saw a few of these Prius on the lot and told the sales guy, you know what let me test drive one of these I wanna see what this car is about. I got behind the wheel and surprisingly was not disappointed. This car is very quiet and is equipped with many features for a great price. I told the sales guy you know this isn't a bad looking car at all when you see more and more of these on the road. And when you get behind the wheel, you actually fall in love with it. I bought one! I don't regret my choice. I'm a 23 yr old male college student and I'm happy with my new Prius. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👌🏼

A lot of people think this car is ugly but I think it looks kinda cool. Because think about it, you can't keep using the same look every year. I honestly think Toyota did a great job with this car. It look like a nice looking space ship.

I understand that it's designed to be aerodynamic, but why'd they have to make it so ugly? The Tesla Model S has the same drag coefficient as the Prius, but looks so much better.

I like to think on Kyle's first date with his wife he talked in his review voice. "Hi darling. Tonight we will be going to Goucho's Italian restaurant which is the third highest reviewed restaurant in a five mile radius. The journey will be undertaken in a Toyota taxi cab sourced from a local taxi provider and the journey will take 9.43 minutes from taxi pickup to drop off. The meal will compromise of a medium to high standard of wine... Two starters with bread.. Two mains with a side salad.. And one desert to share with additional drinks should either patron require them. Seating will be comfortable and close to a window and the meal will be served by polite waiter as standard.
