To enter the 4D do a meditation and position yourself to take a nap and as you’re dozing off, you’ll feel the massive body jolt. That is you literally changing train tracks onto a parallel dimension. You will wake up from your average nap, but you’ll be improved conditions in your life but just don’t go look for them because you will repel them. Once you become aware of them, they will start to manifest and snowball.
