Would love to know the cost. $25k US funds is my guess. I have flown RC before. It is amazing and addictive. Each plane has its own flying characteristics that are the exact same as the real planes they model. My yak54 was 1/4 scale with a 50cc gas motor. I have flown a 50% edge 540. Plane was massive with a 300cc engine. Crazy stuff 😍

Just think about this for a moment; the controller cannot interfere with other electronic equipment, so you cannot be guaranteed control of the aircraft at all times, but you are responsible for any damages it causes, even if it's not under your control. That's why insurance is required of every RC pilot by some clubs.

Just FYI, the jet engine alone is well over the claimed cost of that plane. That guy has a minimum of $30k wrapped up in that thing, and far more, if he didn't make nearly every part himself. I'd guess it's closer to $65k.
