Are you serious?? Obviously the city! Maybe the should cut their six figure salary!!! They think drop it and burry the line and forget about maintaining it until this happens..

Here in South Ogden we are experiencing similar issues. The city will not do anything to address the issue.

I had a municipal Water Department intentionally flood my basement with 8 inches of sewage. I know what you're thinking, that's just not possible but when I give you the rest of the circumstances you will realize it's not only possible but, oh yeah, they did that.
