The video follows on from the video "Coaching, Counselling, Psychotherapy - What are the differences and when do I go where?

The video here is now about the differences to the superversion, intervision and training.
Supervision: Here the focus is on reflecting on the situation/problem. Supervision is very important for people who are in relationship work with others. A solution is not the main focus here.
Intervision: Similar to supervision, but there is no supervisor present. Intervision groups can often be found in continuing education groups.
Training: The trainer provides the content and the plan. The goal is also usually set by the trainer.
