My friend and I went to one during our trip (funny enough, the two guys in our group weren't interested) and had a blast. Those girls are talented and it's crazy how they can keep the energy up for so long. One maid did 3 choreographed dances back-to-back and I felt winded just watching lmao. Mad respect to all maid cafe employees!

Me and my wife tried to go into a maid bar, but we got kicked out before we could even sit down. Apparently if you come in with a girl, they know you aren't desperate enough to tip. And it's possible to distract the other patrons from the staff if you bring a girl in. The whole thing feels kinda gross.

Cool tip most maid cafes are not on the ground floor there. On the ground floor of some are restaurants small ones they send the food up in a lift. Yhe can get the same dish with more food not presented in the same way for far cheaper. The maid cafe upstairs you are paying for the experience. The restaurant below is more what the salary man would go to.
