Loved this one, especially 'No such thing as first movers advantage' and 'Pioneers have Arrows on their Back' - I've been collecting and sharpening arrows for my bow for quite some time, but also wondering if I should be getting some heavy armor. I've been reading up on articles and watching a number of webinars where I'm witnessing the customers actually asking about a particular capability that doesn't exist in their product line. With my product, I think the big guys are going to notice what I'm doing if I steal some deals, and wanting them to purchase me instead of taking aim, LOL!
