You need a long term test (preferably 12 months or more) to get an idea of your exposure. Radon levels could be 2.7 one month and then 15 the next. Also, there is no safe level of radon, it’s difficult to get things much lower than 1.0 though. Also, opening windows should only be a temporary solution, get mitigation asap.
