So Keeping your SoL high won't actually create loyalists or radicals- it is *change* in Standard of Living, either up or down, that influences whether a pop cares about the government. "What have you done for me lately" is the dominating mantra of pops in Vicky 3, so you want to grow Standard of Living but hopefully in a controllable way.

I have found out that the poorer and least developed the country, the faster you will increase standards of living. Also covering basic needs is the easiest way to learn how the Economy Works.

Been playing in South America, and some countries don't even have Logging Camps.

I just built 4 Logging Camps and suddenly Standards of Living improved.

It would be really nice if this info was more easily accessible. Like the good effecting a pop's SOL the most should be listed in the balance sheet when you hover over SOL

God every time i start new paradox game i need to study as i am some intellectual, just so i can play.

I mastered hearts of iron, no one can play better balkan nations as i do.

Does SoL affect people looking for different type of work? Or is it simply higher pay? As in, might there be a scenario where you may want to intentionally keep SoL in an area lower for a bit to encourage people to stop being subsistence farmers quicker?
