Accused Suitcase Killer Sarah Boone Battles With Judge Over Getting Evidence

Sarah Boone appeared in court Friday to represent herself and discuss several pre-trial motions. The state attorneys, judge, and Boone talked about evidence in the case and whether or not all evidence has been submitted to Boone, now that she’s defending herself. Boone claimed she didn’t receive some evidence and struggled to open some files on her laptop. She also said there were mailing issues to jail, in which the judge said that wasn’t true.

Florida woman Sarah Boone is accused of killing her boyfriend after she allegedly zipped him up inside a suitcase and left him to die. Jorge Torres Jr. suffocated to death inside Boone’s Winter Park home. Boone claims they were playing hide-and-seek, she forgot he was inside the suitcase, and she fell asleep. Video evidence from the night of Torres Jr.’s death shows the victim inside the suitcase yelling for help while Boone records the video and laughs. Boone called 911 the next day saying her boyfriend was dead. She was arrested for second-degree murder.

She reminds me of someone who raised me. They weren’t an alcoholic but they were never wrong. And even when they were factually proved to be wrong, they still weren’t wrong, everyone else was, they weren’t hard to get along with everyone else was. Very miserable people.
