Jeff, this is a good one ...Mark is striking equivalent of the old guy at the YMCA basketball court who's forgotten more than most guys have learned 😅. His ability to transition from striking to clinch and managing distance is impressive. Alot can be taken from this session, much thanks 🙏🙏💯
