Excellent job once again! I would love to see a few already shown features combined in one training video e.g. a simple inventory list (admin adds/edits items, users make daily consumptions of items). User-access rights, audit trail changes they make in the “main” sheets in txt file (including who logged in-out), and last but not least data validation in important cells (e.g. number of items, dates) while all the other features in the consumption sheet should be locked (from toolbars, shortcuts, right click, copy paste etc.). I have been working on this for while and I can tell you it’s a pain in the ass.

Hi Randy. Thank you for your videos. I'm a little confused about what my first step will be in order to tell Excel to extract the data into an already made fillable PDF form. I do not need to add the e-mail feature, but rather only need to know how to extract the data into the PDF forms from start to finish in the fastest and easiest method possible. Randy - awesome and powerful application. I got everything to work except that when the PDF is sent to Gmail and I open the PDF, none of the pre-filled data appears. It DOES appear if I open the PDF in SmallPDF and LumenPDF. Hoping you can help solve this last step. Thank you again!

Excellent tutorial - being extremely new to this type of process, I'm curious how I can use this to fill a large number of different documents. For example, fill the first template then move on to the next, so on and so forth. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
