Tried several ways and couldn't fix the error.. even the way of keep originals or updated devices.. the "Command Prompt" way worked for me.. this video really helped me a lot!! Thanks~~

for me error is happening when i right click on my android phone then "import pictures and videos" then some file thumbnail not showing up but i click import anyway and then it give me error somwtimes media pool empty or another error. How to fix ? I am using a galaxy s8 android phone
