Tripe and zurek, classic Polish soups. When I visited Poland, we stayed in bukowina . We were always amazed at the low prices for such delicious food, and the portion size on our plates. Love your videos, smacznego🍷🍷🇵🇱.

Zupę udającą flaki (jeśli ktoś się brzydzi) można zrobić z pociętych w paski boczniaków. Wtedy będą to flaki wegetariańskie. Ja najbardziej lubię flaki "po tajsku" z imbirem, trawą cytrynową, ostrą papryczką, czosnkiem, szalotką.

Mama made tripe soup (flaki?); I cried when it was cooking and refused to eat it; same thing for sorrel soup (szcztaw?). The rest of the meal looked great! Liked the interview; good to hear Polish; mama passed 20 years ago and my baby brother (62) doesn't speak the language. The owner never answered how the bar was named; but maybe she did and I didn't hear. Love these Friday videos.

whatever roadside restaurant you should eat at in the world, so look at what the truck drivers eat, it is usually the best food in that particular place.

In Mexican cooking they have a tripe soup called menudo that is also known as "hangover soup" since it's very spicy!! This soup didn't appear to be spicy at all, but it did look quite tasty!! It must also be good for what ails you!! Rough night the night before? 😁😄
Needless to say I did sit for the last 6 minutes waiting for something to happen...😁😁

I would try both of those soups and I have never had tripe. I am afraid of germs too but I think I can trust her food judgement. :)
