Mr. Velez read your book Tools and Tactics For The Master Day Trader in the hopes that it would help my options trading skillset. I loved the book. So many things that had been taught to me early in my trading career had been validated by your book. I truly consider your book one of the chapter & verses of my bible. I have been to the top of the mountain with my trading profits only to have fallen from the top many times. I will say this. Trading is the greatest business on the planet. Trading knows no color or bias or religous affiliation and the market cares not if your purple or green just that your on the right side or wrong side of a trade. I have wanted to give up many many times after horrible trades but I continue to believe that this business will make me wealthy not only by monetary standards one day but rich in time that I can spend with family and friends and other true loves like music. Thank you Mr. Velez for the advice and inspiration because one day I know I will truly be as successful as I know I can be.

I'm a firm believer in scanning for specific criteria. It's what works for me. If the premarket scanner does not find anything, I wont trade that day. Simple as that.

I am always cynical about online trainers as the industry is fraught with snake oil salesman, so it's hard to know who is legit. End of the day what Oliver says has directly impacted my trading for the better. That's all the proof I need Especially this piece of advice!

So true. I focus on the Nasdaq 100 Emini Micro futures. You learn so much by just focusing on one...average daily move, time of day, volume, etc. I've found your simple 20 period moving average works great in this market. Especially on the 60 minute chart. It will keep you in for big moves.

I am starting to see how trading a set of 8 stocks can really improve my skills, I tried the searching for opportunity's method on random stocks but its just not me, also joined Dan's couching group and maybe have a second go at the $3000 graduation after holidays, working hard on removing the Ego.
