I like how you sum up this topic succinctly, Professor G. This video echoes the simplified strategy you posit in your channel's name. Thanks so much for what you do! ❤❤❤

Hey professor G, I see great minds think alike. Great video as usual. I have several portfolios and I’m trying to narrow it down to two which would be Roth and a taxable account. The hard part is figuring out what should be in them because there so many choices . This video helps allot and I’m really liking the new 3 fund portfolio. I have to make hard decisions. I keep all of your videos archived to watch again to hopefully figure this out since I’m working on 10 years before retirement. Can’t wait for new video to help me decide the best solution. Thanks 🙏

Hi Professor G. Please make a video about how you would draw down on your three ETF portfolio in retirement. Thx!

Very good video! I think that 10 or 12 stocks that have beaten s&p 500 over 1, 3, 5, 10, 20 years adds to your total return. Msft, Lly, nvo, cost, avgo, nvda, etn etc. Etc., add a good international etf some treauries, and bonds and you are good to go. I like your content.

As a retiree (but still not drawing SS), I have a simple 3-part portfolio. SCHD 54% / JEPI 34% and DGRO 12%. Solid income, decent growth and less overall volatility.

Sounds a lot like core/satellite investing and I’m here for it! Great video!

I do something similar. 70% is in VGT (30%) SCHD (20%) VOO (20%) and the rest 30% of the portfolio is in individual stocks that are either a long term hold (MSFT) and the rest are swing trades based on the economic environment. Along with MSFT, I also own KR (bought near 52 week lows), DVN and EQNR (bought when oil was near 52 week lows), JPM (bought after banks yanked a couple weeks ago), CF (bought near 52 week lows and planting season is here), O (real estate exposure).

This video solidifies what I’ve learned the past few weeks and I feel comfortable with what I did in my Roth

Thank you for your video as always. Can you do a video on topic of opening taxable account with recommended brokerage accounts and portfolio of ETFs/stocks to put into that taxable account vs. ROTH IRA/401k accounts?
