"I whipped up a quick maple and rosewood neck. Nothing special." LOL

I’ve become fully biased to Burls. There are lots of “building guitars out of crazy things” vids out there now but our boy here started all of it with the colored pencil vid. Gotta pay respect to the OG. Not sure he gets the props he deserve for essentially giving birth to a full subgenre of YouTube videos

pretty damn dope! Big props for not putting fish in it! Some seriously nice playing as well!

17:50 plants must be mind blowed. They landed in the coolest tank ever.

Turning ai slop into actual, functioning art. You literally make this world a better place. I also feel like working on my own art and writing whenever I watch your videos. Simply incredible, hardworking, inspirational.

Glad you know better than to put fish in it and sorry about the shrimp. May they rest in peace. It's a very fun concept, very whimsical. Would love to see an update on how the plants are doing in the future!

While not practical by any means, I love the commitment to keeping it functional rather than just a gimmicky art piece. It could also be the perfect candidate for a Submarine pickup in a future follow-up.

The texture left on the outside by the foil tape made it look like a block of ice. I am sure you could come up with another great guitar that looks like a chunk of ice.

A closed terrarium guitar would be pretty cool

i was scared of the title so i thank you for not putting fish in this. people can be so abusive with aquatic creatures it's actually crazy. they just pretend that fish can thrive without any moving space and enjoy being blinded by bright lights 24/7, treating living things as mere decorations that don't deserve to live.

Here would be some cool guitars I would love to see:
-Closed terrarium guitar
-Working Clock guitar
-Guitar with colored liquids and/or Sand in it, like those fun toys/hourglasses. I just think it would look cool.
-Guitar that just has some cool clockwork mechanism that just does stuff
-Guitar with different segments that you can put snacks in and one for drinks, like a movie theatre guitar
-Guitar that is made of chainmail or just chains in general (maybe even just an armor, based guitar)
-Apocalypse/scrap guitar
-Guitar with a screen in it that can be accessed wirelessly.
-Guitar that is its own amp (it has the speakers on the body that can be used. Maybe even a switch to swap between amp use and the body's speakers)
-Stone/tile guitar

13:37 Sometimes...not all the time...just SOME times. There are moments that catch you off guard and you smile and feel wholesome. I caught myself smiling here.

it really rocks that this isn’t something you just set up for a video. you gave the plants inside what they need to survive and even the most basic effort goes a long way

Gotta love that tone water. Really emphasizes the deep end, but still so clear 😂

Love these types of builds because it disproves the tone wood debate on electric guitars. This resin aquarium guitar, both empty and full of water, sounded warm and beautiful.

Now you have the experience for a ship in a guitar bottle build! Nicely done.

Didn't expect you to play it at the end and so well. Much respect.

hey man, i’m a very passionate fish and aquatic plant keeper, and when i saw this video i was totally expecting this to be absolutely disgusting filled with guppies and goldfish that can’t live inside that tank. thank you for not only doing a planted tank but also bringing the planted aquarium into more light, it was a very pleasant surprise and it turned out great. maybe stock it with a few ramshorn snails or something

That turned out great.
RIP shrimp - but hopefully you can try again.
I wonder if you could make a plug that would seal off the top access port. It would just need to seal enough to reduce splashes when moving the guitar for a demo play/ maintenance and putting it back on the wall.
